The Scottish Home Awards is one of the most prestigious in the property calendar. This year marks the 17th edition of “Scotland’s premier celebration of excellence in the housing sector” with 130 entries across 18 categories rigorously scrutinised by a panel of distinguished judges and winners set to be announced at a glitzy awards bash in Glasgow on the 13th of June.
Swiftly following a recent nomination for the Homes for Scotland Awards, Calderwood Lodge continues to receive industry recognition after being announced as a finalist across three categories including Show Home of the Year for Plot 14 of the ‘Contemporary’ Collection, Apartment Development of the Year (Private Sale), and Housing Development of the Year (Small, Private Sale).
Calderwood Lodge involved the regeneration of the former Calderwood Lodge Primary School in Newlands, south Glasgow, with four apartments elegantly conceived within a retained, Victorian sandstone villa, alongside 16 new build homes in a mix of two-and-three-bedroom apartments and a stunning, three-bedroom ‘Mews’.
The ‘Plot 14 Show Home’ was designed by our interior partners Get Fully Furnished and is one of the nineteen properties that have been sold or reserved at the development to date, with our last available property being the two-bedroom, Plot 17 from £425,000.
The nominations for Calderwood Lodge are complementary to CCG Homes’ parent company, CCG (Scotland), who also received 4 nominations including Excellence in Sustainability and Community Contribution.
The latter award commemorates their work within the community of Granton where CCG Homes will soon be launching ‘West Shore’, Edinbrgh’s first operational net zero carbon private housing development.
CCG Homes thanks all of our project partners and our much-valued purchasers of Calderwood Lodge. For more information on this year’s Scottish Home Awards finalists, CLICK HERE.
