Set to take place on 17 May, this year’s theme “centres around how we meet the housing needs of everyone living (or who wishes to live) in Scotland” as well as “showcasing best practice and innovation”.
Homes for Scotland is a recognised body representing 200 organisations from the Scottish housebuilding sector and engages local and national government on housing delivery and policy across the country.
CCG Group, CCG Homes’ parent company, has been honoured with three nominations, including the inaugural ESG-focused People | Place | Planet award.
Amidst this celebration of achievement, CCG Homes is delighted to have been shortlisted for the ‘Development of the Year – Small (up to 25 units) award for Calderwood Lodge.
Designed by Stallan Brand, the project involved the transformation of the former Calderwood Lodge Primary School in Newlands, south Glasgow, and now comprises 20 luxury private homes, including 4 apartments presented within a stunningly conserved and upgraded Victorian sandstone villa.
The development is a leading example of regeneration in the city of Glasgow and a celebration of architectural finesse, offering a rare opportunity to own a piece of history adorned with the comforts of contemporary, luxury living.
