We have experience of delivering award-winning developments across Scotland since the early 00’s, and formally relaunched the CCG Homes brand to the market in 2018. From then onwards, we set a mandate to deliver homes unlike any available in the property market; home buyers are often given the choice of homes that are too small, lacking in specification and interesting design, and have lower energy performance characteristics.
CCG Homes’ values of quality, trust, and sustainability underpin our approach to every development to ensure the needs of our customers are met. One such example of our work is Riverfvord Gardens, a 156-home development that was the winner of three industry awards including House of the Year in 2020 and Large Development of the Year in 2021.
We have since completed a further two developments in the form of the 81-home Western Terrace in Cambuslang, and the 20-home Calderwood Lodge, a part conversion, part-new build, that has regenerated the site of a former school in Glasgow’s southside.

Riverford Gardens has won three prestigious awards in the form of the Herald Property ‘Best Family Home (Small)’ in 2019, ‘House of the Year’ by the Scottish Home Awards in 2020 – for the stunning ‘Terraced Villa’ – and the Homes for Scotland Large Development of the Year in 2021.
