Formerly of Tollcross in the east end of Glasgow, Rebecca and her partner’s first choice of home as a married couple was Western Terrace, an 81-home development in Cambuslang completed by CCG Homes in 2023.

Rebecca continued:
“We really like the layout of the house – it’s bright and open with plenty of light through the open plan area to the patio. Having a WC downstairs is great as well as the utility room which is a feature we weren’t expecting to get.”
“When we were choosing the specification of the house, it was really encouraging to see the high level of fixtures and fittings that came as standard. A lot of the items we were budgeting to pay for came included, and I especially love the quality of the bathrooms – when we moved in I took some pictures of the bathroom and they thought it looked like a hotel!”
