First coming across Riverford Gardens online, Heather decided to visit the 156-home development to view the Terraced Villa Show Home and she knew right away, this was the development for her:
“When I saw the show home I was absolutely blown away at the spaciousness, the quality feel to it and the beautiful views of nothing but trees and the river – despite only being 10 minutes from the centre of town. It was only the second house I viewed but I stopped looking there and then as I knew I wouldn’t find anything better.”
Heather has since moved into her very own Terraced Villa and has been impressed at the standard of finish in the home with generously sized rooms “more so than she generally saw when looking at other new build developments” and with lots of storage space for a family home.
Heather added
“The streamlined finish of the open-plan living space is great. It flows and works beautifully.”
Heather was previously living in a rental property which she was due to vacate by August and had been concerned about moving home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Contacting CCG Homes to raise her concerns, Heather was delighted at the customer service she received:
“Everything that was promised was delivered. When the site re-opened, my plot was prioritised and I was able to move in exactly when I had been told it would be ready.
“The communication from the sales team was great – they kept me fully informed all the way – and now that I’m living here, the site manager and guys working on the other houses could not have been more pleasant and helpful. They’ve answered every query and even helped me get rid of all the cardboard boxes as I unpacked”
Heather considers the local area a great place to live with lots of things to do on the doorstep as well as being close and convenient to the city centre.
