THE Scottish Home Awards 2020 ceremony will go ahead this coming October with the announcement of the organisation’s very first digital ceremony.
As a result of COVID-19 restrictions, public gatherings have been prohibited in order to prevent the spread of the virus by reducing the number of households that can meet and the maintaining of social distancing.
Taking place on October 29th, the virtual ceremony will still commemorate some of Scotland’s best homes and developments from the country’s property sector including CCG Homes and the Riverford Gardens Terraced Villa which has been nominated for House of the Year.
A contemporary take on the traditional Glasgow South terraced house type, the Riverford Gardens Terraced Villa is a 4-bedroom family home reaching 3 stories and 1565 sqft. A sales revelation for CCG Homes, all 40 properties available to purchase at the development are now completely sold out.
CCG Homes are not alone in our nomination. We are also proud to state that an additional six developments have been nominated for this year’s awards with some amazing examples of affordable housing and urban regeneration on show by our parent company, CCG (Scotland).
We congratulate all nominees and wish everyone good luck!
