CCG Homes’ flagship development Riverford Gardens has been announced as a finalist by Homes for Scotland (HFS) Awards 2020.
The awards were set to take place in May of this year, however, as a result of Scotland’s Lockdown procedure, the ceremony was unable to be taken forward as intended. Subsequently, HFS has voided the result of the awards and have instead released the list of developments who that have originally made the final with Riverford Gardens achieving such status in the Development of the Year (Large) category.
Several of CCG (Scotland)’s projects, the parent company of CCG Homes, also made the finals with three nominations.
CCG Homes Managing Director, Calum Murray said: “Whilst it is disappointing that the awards did not take place and there is no eventual winner, we understand the circumstances surrounding the decision-making of Homes for Scotland. Make no mistake, we are very pleased that Riverford Gardens is being recognised again by the Scottish housing industry – it is worthy of its status as being one of the country’s foremost private housing developments.”
CCG Homes has already won one prestigious industry award after having received the Best Family Home (Small) from the Herald Property Awards in 2019 for the Riverford Gardens Terraced Villa.
