Planning proposals have been submitted for a new development in Whitlawburn, Cambuslang which will see 100 homes for sale delivered by CCG Homes as part of a £42m regeneration.
Submitted in partnership with hub South West, South Lanarkshire Council and West Whitlawburn Housing Cooperative by CCG Homes’ parent company CCG (Scotland) Ltd, a total of 330 homes will be constructed replacing existing housing.
A contemporary mix of two and three-bedroom homes will be provided in the form of two-bedroom apartments and two-and-three bedroom houses complete with spacious, open-plan living arrangements as well as green space and private parking.
CCG Homes Managing Director, Calum Murray said:
“Whitlawburn is the second major development for CCG Homes following on from the successful launch of Riverford Gardens in 2018 and we very much look forward to bringing new, contemporary housing to Cambuslang. The development site is very well connected with the wider area and a range of amenities and public transport links are located within a short walking distance. The homes themselves will be delivered with excellent levels of specification and environmental performance and we look forward to bringing them to the market in 2020.”
