CCG Homes Coronavirus Safeguards

To all of our existing and new customers,

CCG Homes extend our best wishes to all of you during this time. As our lives and economy take their first steps toward recovery, we are delighted to return to the Scottish property market as a result of the Scottish Government’s Construction Re-Start Model (30th April 2020) and the gradual transition from imposed Lockdown restrictions. This includes the re-commencement of construction at our flagship development, Riverford Gardens, as well as our forthcoming Cambuslang development which is set to launch later this year.

CCG Homes has worked diligently across our business to ensure the safety of our staff with suppressive measures installed in order to manage the transmission of COVID-19 and, following the latest Scottish Government Guidance, this also extends to you, our valued customers, with the reopening of activities related to the sale and purchase of homes now permitted (29th of June 2020).

We are incredibly excited to now be able to welcome customers back to Riverford Gardens but we do so with a new range of sales protocols to ensure customer and staff safety. These are as follows:

Show Home Viewings
The Riverford Gardens Marketing Suite and Show Home viewings will now be scheduled by appointment only. To make a booking, please contact the CCG Homes Sales Team via

Customers are invited to contact our Sales Team who will designate a 1-hour time slot on your preferential day between the hours of 10am and 5pm. Monday to Sunday.

One household of up to two people over the age of 18 is permitted to attend the development at any one time and, to minimise the risk of congestion and contact, regrettably, we must advise that children cannot be accommodated during the viewing.

Upon arrival, a single parking space will be provided and customers will be welcomed by a member of the CCG Homes Sales Team who will employ social distancing for the entirety of your visit. As a result of enhanced hygiene measures, customers will be asked to sanitise their hands on arrival with stations positioned throughout our Marketing Suite and Show Homes.

Customers are welcome to wear protective masks should this bring any added comfort during the viewing process.

The Marketing Suite and Show Homes will be cleaned after every customer viewing.

For those who are shielding or are unable to visit the Riverford Gardens development site, we would invite you to do so digitally by taking our Apartment Show Home Virtual Tour or our Terraced Villa Show Home Tour.


Home Purchasing
We would encourage our customers to visit us at Riverford Gardens, however, for those who cannot, CCG Homes is able to take reservations remotely and we now have video conferencing capability should you wish to raise any questions.

For those who have purchased their new home, customer choices [kitchens] can now be made via the brand new Moore’s Kitchen Digital Configurator. The application can also be utilised remotely and our Sales Team can provide more information on this feature upon request.

CCG Homes will continue to be fully engaged with solicitors to ensure that the sales process is performed as efficiently as possible. Any purchasers using Help to Buy (Scotland) can also be assured of its use as the Scottish Government has extended the scheme until March 2022 with the First Home Fund also available to first-time buyers.


Handovers and Aftercare
Customers will be invited to inspect their property again by appointment only with our Sales Team with a two-hour maximum duration provided for up to two members of the household. Children are prohibited from the inspection process.

All protocols associated with aftercare, delivered by the CCG Customer Care Team and our Contracts staff, will be explained by our Sales Team during the handover process.
